Just saw the Relic stream. It was glorious. People seem to be on both sides of the fence about the Pershing, but some things to keep in mind.

To the people saying Pershing is OP:
It has NO MG and must rely on its cannon until vet 2 where it unlocks grenades.
It has 800 HP and has lost 1v1 against a Tiger with the Tiger having about 50% HP.

To the people saying Pershing is UP:
It is the fastest heavy tank and it has out-of-this-world turret traverse.
It complements USF playstyle heavily, especially with offmap smoke.
It makes a Panther look like a toy.

I think they found the perfect place for the Pershing and I am 300% looking forward to playing with it.

kyle said that, but there was a an MG fireing from the hull. So I don't think that's the case. It still seemed pretty weak though.

Really? I tried looking really hard for muzzle flash but there wasn't any. Maybe I'm blind.

i watched the stream and saw a pershing losing against the panther

also WHY should i flank with this tank? USF need a tank TO ASSAULT fortified positions NOT flank panthers for gods sake

That's precisely what the Sherman Dozer is designed for.

but not designed to prepare to defend itself and be able to fight other tanks unfortunately

I would love to see a recording of a player getting a pershing for the first time and then they lose it and not only that it gets abandoned and its in the hands of the enemy, now that would make a funny video nah thats too cruel actually

To my mind it need hp buff or cost nerf.

I agree. It's only a little better than the Panther stat wise and it costs much more.

Imo Pershing, Tiger, KV-2 should get Hitpoints increase(10%) if cost stays the same.

Because IS-2 has 25% more armor.

Cool, should they also get huge scatter values and worse reload speed for the same reason?

Why do people keep talking about stuff they have no slightest clue about?

I love how pople try to compare peaches to apples.

Like seriously guys

Pershing is hard hitting fast mobile with good armor and great ai power (considering german 4 men squads)

Tiger it great all around heavy tank with better fire rate and range than is 2

Is2 is slow but heavy armored but fires slower to balance it.

They are all fine , in reality and even in vacuum

Only kv2 is trash , but that is whole doctrine :snfPeter:
