I want to give this a bump, as SNF is about to start and some people might be having problems getting Screenshotter to work.
If you are having problems making screenshotter work with COH2, try the following:
Check the box to use the alternative method. NB screenshotter is configured by default to work for COH1. This means you need to change the target folder to make screenshotter work with COH2!
Try \Documents\My Games\Company of Heroes 2\screenshots
