Maybe they all Stack?
Maybe only non duplicates stack?
Maybe they weren't meant to stack but they do? (relic coding)
Maybe only range and cost stack?

most of them stack but the bonuses are so negligible it's hard to notice the difference.

I would like to know which bulletins stack, or at least of the few good bulletins stack. Stuff like molotov range, kubel speed/accel, those kinds of bulletins that actually effect a units performance.

Yea I disagree about the 'it doesn't matter' thing. 30% off on IS2 veteranancy would be fantastic.

Maybe it's 'cause the Axis players aren't a bunch of forum crybabies, and they keep their cool and fight the uphill battle, unlike some of their "allied" counterparts.

Really the game should give you all the specific numbers. The fact that it's a mystery is just obscene. If COH2 wants to be a competitive RTS, it has to show the numbers to the players.

It's not even about making a competitive game, its just so hard for people to learn to play the damn game.

And what makes you think I'm trolling? I really don't care because as Ipkai said, the bonuses are negligible. It's not worth anyone worrying about.

I agree with Romeo here that the bonuses are in fact negligible. Like lets at 10% to a modifier that is .04 (example) the difference is soo small. RNG plays a higher role than the modifier.

PS. Romeo your words could be stated differently so as to to not appear as being degrading or trollish lol.
