I don't understand the logic of automatch and it's really frustrating.
FEBRUARY 19th AMENDMENTS
Matchmaking improvements have been made to help ensure match-ups between players of similar skill are made on a more regular and consistent basis. As a result of these changes, automatch wait times may slightly increase.
Read the patch notes before posting. patch gonna be applied in 1 hour.

I don't understand the logic of automatch and it's really frustrating.
You aren't matched on the Rank of each Player. Rank in the screenshot is more of a measure of play time. Players are matched by an Elo Rating, so it might look like you didn't get matched right. There is also some Matching stuff coming up in the next patch (feb 25th)

Once again as stated "Rank" like that is NOT YOUR RANK. That is an indication of PLAY TIME. Anyone can get to Rank 100 3 Star - hell you can even hack the system to give you that Rank it is utterly meaningless. Did you not notice it never ever goes down?
