Keep tech requirement and add 13-14CP lock.

All cp increase would change is that you will face 2 panthers or 3 p4s instead of 1 kt.

Back in the day you needed luftwaffe supply drops to achieve it Kappa.
In ~45 min game today I managed to get Luchs, puma, stuka, ST and 2 KTs.

Definitely balanced :snfPeter:

Simple CP increase for KT.
A fuel unlock for panther.
Problem solved.

If u can't handle Pz 4=L2P.

With accross the board increase in allied armor pen u think thats a problem,sherman and su-76 both got pen buffs.What CP?
Bulletin stacking can be removed for armor if necessary.

It would have been over much sooner if you didn't throw the luchs away too.

Before the patch the KT was a rarity. Players had to choose to spend the fuel to tech up for it, and to risk not having much or any armour out while waiting for the resources to get it on the field.

Now it's pretty much a certainty in every 2v2 game.

its very simple,the king tiger doesnt need a nerf at all,it should stay as is.

the problem with OKW is how fast their light tank comes and how well they can protect it and then after that just bring a medium tank that is far better then any allied medium tank(EXCEPT comet)

they neeed side upgrades or their tech delayed and price increase on some units(new volks/sturms and panther/p4)

100% is perfectly fine for balance. What's not fine is teching and whole structure of OKW which are not adjusted for 100% income.
