The "Polish Death camp" thing is a not to uncommon thing that public officials sometimes refer to the German death and concentration camps located in Poland as "Polish death camps".

Notably President Obama did so in 2012 and got heavily criticized. He later apologized for it.

US, German, UK, Belgian press used "polish death camps" in their paper and it refers to poles that had death camps, that's what it means, even tho europeans know who operated death camps but other parts of the world doesn't know and they spread lies

That's utterly false. Ethnic cleansing is "the systematic forced removal of ethnic or religious groups from a given territory by a more powerful ethnic group, with the intent of making it ethnically homogeneous. The forces applied may be various forms of forced migration (deportation, population transfer), intimidation, as well as mass murder." I.e. the fucking holocaust. Last I checked 6m > 1m.
