Puma is OKW's M10 I guess.

Puma is OKW's M10 I guess.

Ah right! Forgot completely about teller one shotting that as well.
(could also add M15 as it isn't exactly cheap)

Conclusion:
AT mines kill light vehicles.

/thread and move on.

The Puma is the OKW's Puma, nothing else.

One would assume that it's supposed to prevent the Puma from steam-rolling USF T1. If the threat of an M20 mine is there, you can't just chase his M20 all the way back into his base.

the only way to plant anti-vehicle mines is using M20. Do you know keeping a light vehicle alive is too hard than keeping pios, engis alive. And you MUST tech a tier for that mine. That's why it should have the most tactical effect on the field like riegel mines of ost which needs a light vehicle to plant and a commander..

Seems fair, especially if your opponent isn't smart enough to A. Get minesweepers or B. Avoid obvious placements of the mine.
This thread though.

That's fine if true, but why does it need to destroy it? Can't it just immobilise/engine damage or take off like 1/2-3/4 health?

It's pretty much GG when that happens, so boring that it can just destroy the game in like 6-7 mins.

Funny that my OKW 1v1 rank is higher than yours

So easy to minesweep everywhere on all the main choke roads, that aren't guarded by 3-4 rifle squads.... :S

Oh wow, you used a gif. Must feel cool.

Because the M20 mine is a heavy ANTI-TANK mine and the Puma is an ARMORED CAR

Not really, I guess for tanks and stuff it's ok since losing units mid-game isn't as bad as losing important early game units. I see no fun in winning the game in the first 10 mins. When I play wehr, I don't really use (or have the spare munitions) for tellers until tanks are out. Never used a riegel.

I'm not talking about realism, I'm talking about not destroying the game in the first 10 mins.

You can stop m20 from laying mine with teller, which in turn would stop you losing the game in 10 minutes, also bringing your fun back.

Puma isn't a early unit but a mid-game one, so you should be right.
You can also play smart and have a sturmpio minesweeper opening his path instead of rushing the M20 like you do with you koningkubel.
