Sunday Night Fights Season 5 "Not One Step Back" features eleven weeks of Company of Heroes 2 action, culminating in the Championship Title Fight on January 26th, 2014. · Note, because you can re-enter Quali Tourneys that you lose, there may be one, two, three, or four "Contenders" that do not make it to the Overall Semi-Finals.
- If there are 4 different Contender Bout losers, they will win $75 each
- If there are 3 different Contender Bout losers, they will win $100 each
- If there are 2 different Contender Bout losers, they will win $150 each
- If there is only 1 Contender Bout loser, who managed to lose all 4 times and never qualify for the Semi-Finals, or is simply the only guy that didn't go further, that hard-chinned fighter will receive $300
Contender Bout & Title Fight Format
Each Contender Bout and the Championship Title Fight will be a Best-of-Five game match. Maps will be chosen by veto, and played as follows:
- Games 1 & 2: Last map standing from veto process
- Games 3 & 4: Second-to-last map to be vetoed
- Game 5 (if necessary): Third-to-last map to be vetoed

Quali Tourney Format
In Season 5, each Quali Tourney will be a 2-day event! Early rounds will be played on Saturday and late rounds will be played on Sunday. Check-ins on Saturdays are required for all participants. These tournaments are open to everybody, but will be capped at either 64 or 128 players, depending on registrations. Sign-ups begin 1 week before each tournament on a first-come, first-serve basis. Sign-ups for the First Quali Tourney open on Friday, October 25th, at 4pm GMT.
The two finalists of each Quali Tourney will go on to face each other in a Contender Bout, set for the following Sunday. Players who have not yet won a Contender Bout are allowed to play in following Quali Tourneys. The full Official Rules will be released in the next few days.
