Here's a tip to get a really nice high resolution screenshot:
Disable Game UI by pressing Control + F2
Disable CheatCommands mod prompt by pressing Control + F11
Open console by pressing Control + Shift + Tidle (Control + Shift + Ö in scandinavian keyboard)

Paste in
Code
Misc_SuperScreenshot

And press Enter

New, about 10MB .jpg file is now saved to My Games\company of heroes 2\screenshots

With resolution 1920 x 1080 output image will be 6980 x 3924 pixels.

Janne252,

There is a level-of-detail distance, that simplifies far-away stuff and removes shadows. Is it possible for this mod to toggle that limitation, or increase that distance?

You can see the effect clearly in your example screenshot. One of the house shadows (middle right) is clipped before it actually touches the house, and all houses behind it have no shadows.

Another awesome thing would be if ctrl-F2 (remove UI) worked in replays too.

The way of detecting hotkey presses I'm forced to use disables the ability to run hotkeys while in replay mode. All hotkeys are detected from abilities called from the player. These abilities have custom hotkeys, such as Control+Shift+F1. This is also the reason why grid keys are breaking CheatCommands mod hotkeys.

Version 1.20 feature demonstration: Camera rotation and movement tools



Hotkeys:
Code

Control + Shift + C: Start rotating camera in the current position with current distance and tilt
Control + Numpad5: Move camera to mouse position on terrain
Alt + Numpad5: Move camera to a preset custom postion
Control + Alt + M: Toggle camera destination for editing camera move speed between Mouse position on terrain and pre-set position
Control + Alt + Numpad5: Set pre-set camera move position
Control + Numpad7: Increase Camera Zoom distance
Control + Numpad1: Decrease Camera Zoom distance
Control + Numpad4: Increase Camera Declination (tilt)
Control + Numpad6: Decrease Camera Declination (tilt)
Control + Numpad8: Increase Camera Rotation speed
Control + Numpad2: Decrease Camera Rotation speed
Control + Numpad9: Increase Camera Movement speed
Control + Numpad3: Decrease Camera Movement speed

Increase/Decrease camera move speed will restart camera move to the destination from the current camera position.
This means you can adjust the speed while the camera is moving. Use Control + Alt + M to choose which destination position to use
while editing camera move speed.

Just in time! I need some slow dolly shots of the maps, and this will do the trick! :wub: :wub: :wub: :wub:

Would still be nice to tweak the level-of-detail distances (or just toggle them to infinite).

I've got no idea how to increase render distance. Maybe Relic could implement an option to the graphic settings to tune render distance from like 16 meters to infinite.

I uses CoH 2 v 3.0.0.9704 in Win 7 x64
But why this CheatCommand not work in campaign Mission play? it's only work on Solo Battles >:(
Me already try all the CheatCommand version, but there's still the same problems.... Game not work in New Campaign or Cheat not work in play saved campaign game:(
