i was in a game, winning the entire time.
i had 5 stugs because i still want them to be good and i like them and they're cool.
2 su-85's killed 5 stugs, stugs couldn't get off 1 shot.
retreat? su-85's would follow and kill them in 2 hits
attack? they can't penetrate frontal armour and are dead in seconds.
i'm not even fucking joking now relic, this is just a giant web of bullshit.

I reckon when you hit auto match and you get connected and the game starts a popup should come up to all players and it should say
"enable blizzards"
yes = F1
no = F2
and you'd have to get more than the majority voting yes to enable it. |
You can use the doctrinal sprint ability on German snipers to great effect, its a tad expensive but if i wanted to save a sniper but not retreat him, i'd pop it.
"tactical movement speed" or whatever its called needs to be CP 1 though. c'mon. Its rarely even used. |
Mines should suppresses and/or pin. just like in COH1.
I find it funny how a squad of conscripts can just mosey on through a s-mine field or a grenadier can just watch 3 of his squad-mates blow up in-front of him without phasing them at all.
It makes so that mines also help in actually protecting flanks. Example: You place a crappy S-mine field to cover a flank of a MG42. Because of the randomly generated mines the attacking conscripts who are trying to take advantage of this flank might only hit 1-2 mines passing the minefield, maybe 1 man dead. the rest run through.
But in reality shrapnel would be flying everywhere and you'd be hitting the ground so those bouncin' betties' don't hit you.
Same thing for soviet mines, infantry steps on one down a narrow passageway, it should get pinned or suppressed and have to crawl around for a while before the squad gets their act together
Mines need to suppress and pin, simple as that. It worked in COH1 so i don't see any reason why it shouldn't be here |

The problem with stugs
They're too slow, they don't deal enough damage, they die too quickly even from frontal armour, they have bad range, and they cost too much
I reckon if stugs cost 50-60 fuel they'd be pretty useful, but then they could be spammable, i don't know...
