Hi I'm a basic twitch user - I have everything properly connected and can stream but only for a brief while. For some reason my twitch will stop and connection will cease after a few minutes. It will say connection lost to twitch.

COH2 detected bit rate was 2124.
Twitch configuration quality was Excellent.
My connection is 120mb/35mbs
I am hard wired into the modem
comp specs is well powerful.
I do not use OBS or any other 3rd party software.

Any ideas?

Why wouldn't you use OBS? Its easy to set up and you can customize your stream. Never used the ingame option to stream.

I saw the set up page on coh2.org and it looked really intimidating.

http://www.coh2.org/guides/1960/streaming-on-twitch-tv

Thats why I went with the regular.

Avoid Relic strimin option at all cost. The gameplay will suffer eventually. OBS is pretty easy to set up. I saw a guide on .org, just look around the guides section.

There are a lot of options and plugins available. I'll have to find the guide - thanks for the direction.

Xsplit is really user friendly if you are scared of OBS.

I got the basics down - its connected to my twitch - seems to be working - ill test more later to make sure sound levels and strim is fluid.

How do sib and stormless have those sweet background graphics and sub noises that make you feel all warm and fuzzy?

You need to use the CLR browser plugin for the noises hooked to twitchalerts, the video background is with a video plugin.

If you need plugins, just google OBS video plugin and OBS CLR browser, you should find them easily enough
