FIne, then I want Target Weak Point to also be "tricked" into disabling AT guns, too.

Sure, the very moment you will have to anticipate yourself where the shell will go instead of relying on 100% hit, 100% penetration chance :snfPeter:

Honestly if they reduced the reload from 10s > 6/7s and nerfed the tulip cost / damage i'd be fine with it. As it stands you just drive up to a Firefly with any low cost medium tank and they just win.

They ? you mean the firefly kill the medium tank in 1 sec with tulip + auto attack right ?

But without the tulip it barely survives against a PzIV due to its awful reload.

I think it'd be neat if the firefly had an increased chances of crits but that might get OP.

Actually, it doesn't survive against P4 at all.
It needs 30 seconds to kill P4(counting from the first shot) assuming all shots hit, while P4 needs only ~15-16, range advantage isn't as meaningful, because brits have no AT snare and FF isn't exactly a speed demon.

I'll have a word with them when their BOYS AT rifles won't have literally 10% of PTRS accuracy, making the squad a liability and menpower drain instead of a valid call-in.

Wait, I thought the boys AT rifle was a PTRS in terms of stats.

Have I been... DUPED?!

And what if you don't have the premium commanders?

You can always use the mines, I think they have a pretty high chance sometimes of giving completely destroyed engines on heavies. At least that's what my OKW mines do to churchills.

More like #relik'd.

They've copy pasted pre buff PTRS stats and never adjusted them for AI performance.
This can only tell how long ago they were actually made and how they were completely neglected despite numerous PTRS changes.

first of all the tulip is an upgrade that you need to buy and then spend 100 munition per shot.

as powerful as the alpha is, 100 mu is a lot. a 440mp 155fuel unit shouldn't be so dependent on using such a expensive ability.

nerf the tulip and make the firefly cheaper.

100 muni to be able to one shot a medium tank ( + one auto attack needed ), i take this anyday.

this is for the benefit of both the brits and the axis. the axis doesn't have to be afraid of one shot alpha from one firefly, and the British get a much more affordable tank destroyer.

Blalord, you realise if your Medium tank is moving (as it should be) Tulips won't hit it? You can drive up and round a Firefly and get out with at least 1/3 HP if not more left on a PIV. Does a Vet 2 Firefly even kill a PIV 1v1?

- tulip rocket travel really fast
- if sherman drive up and around a kt he can win with 100% hp left... why in the hell would i let a pz4 go around my firefly ? If you anticipate moving, if he move in a line, if he move slowly, you can one shot him

Tulips need a nerf, and when this happens firefly cost should be reduced. No tank should be one shotted by another, that is just bad gameplay. This is made worse by the tulips piercing, which is also stupid. When you are using heavy tanks vs. Fireflies you are basically constantly fighting with 50% health since you know he can, and will, launch the tulips as you get low on health. Since heavies cannot maneuver away you have to assume as you reach half health the tactical nuke is inbound. This is both boring and counter to how heavies are supposed to be flanked not approached head on.

Tulips could be changed to do less damage but give it more range so it's a finisher/snipe tool on retreating tanks. something around 200-300 damage total should not be op considering the firefly can't shoot into panzer smoke

It should not be reliant on the tulip to be effective.
