Hi,
I have just bought Ardenns and it was playable for ONE day only.
The problem is a permanent BUY but not PLAY button now on the campaign screen!
Any solutions?

Steam added a money back guarantee policy. I'd go with that.

I could be wrong but guessing from that price, sounds like you were playing AA while it was free to play then instead of buying AA, bought fox company rangers dlc for AA instead of the actual expansion.
If allies had nukes, they would still be underpowered

what lemon says...I have bougth AA this weekend after trying it for free. It costed 10€, and then I bougth too FOX Ranger Company, and it costed 1 €.
I suppose you can check in steam if you own fox rangers commander or AA or both.

They consider AA a expansion pack rather than DLC. I don't know either.

I bought AA DLC for 0,99€. Do not know if it was or not a free weekend and I do not care. I bought what was written and expect it to run, DOT.

then check your steam. There you can see all the DLC added to COH2. is listed there your AA dlc????

Yes it's listed using Steam interface but in game it's ready to buy.
I asked for refund - the answer was: you played more then 2h so no refund possible. They stated 18h what could be a COH2 time but not AA DLC for sure.
Oh, and one more. I have opened the ticket on the Steam Support Page. No answer for 3 days ....

I have opened Paypal Dispute now
Let's dance steam ...
I asked for refund - the answer was: you played more then 2h so no refund possible. They stated 18h what could be a COH2 time but not AA DLC for sure.

You should be careful with using PayPal dispute as you may end up with your steam account banned.

Well then, at best from now on you'll never be able to use paypal on steam and in worst case, steam will ban you for fraud.
From your description it sounds like you have bought discounted Ranger company, because this is the only AA related content that costed 0.99 cent, AA itself was around ~10 euro after discount.
Steam will dance with you, but on the long run, it'll be Gabe still standing.
Maybe it's 'cause the Axis players aren't a bunch of forum crybabies, and they keep their cool and fight the uphill battle, unlike some of their "allied" counterparts.

If you boought it via steam I am 99% sure you have bought this and not this.
Accidentally you bought the "Fox Rangers" during the free weekend and might have thought you bought Ardennes assault, but you don't.
Fox Ranger without Ardennes Assault is pretty useless.^^

So it means you may pay steam but if you will not get what you pay for or it's unusable you may say "good bye" to your money ... There is also no contact from their side, no one to explain what's going on. Truly good service.
One more - NOWHERE it was written it will not work without AA!
Edit:
It was written, may bad ... I just hit the free weekend, so played, so can not ask for refund and can not play as free weekend ended ... nice.
