This is something we're actively looking at. We're looking at Area of Effect lethality vs cover, and also looking at how squads interact with cover. Squads that are really spread out don't benefit as much from direct fire when in cover, whereas clumped squads can be damaged more heavily with AOE weapons while in cover.

Short answer is yes, we're looking at this from different angles.

OH THANK WHATEVER DEITIES

Just wish it was far sooner of course...

I like this :D

"we’ve been looking..."
"We've looked..."
"we're actively looking..."
"We’re working..."

It's brilliant :D Like they knew everything we are worried about etc etc :D

But we still wont get hold fire button cause according to Duffy, it would make window messy.. Come on... There is enough room for more than 1 button.

Little too much of "we're working on it / soon" in my opinion, but maybe they don't know either how much time it will take.

Smarter medic – I just like to tell myself that these guys failed remedial life skills. It makes it better, honest.

It kinda does :D

Cant believe im the 1st person to ask about call in meta and if mediums can be made more attractive over heavy spam.

They adjusted tier 3/4 cost to promote light vehicles, but didnt change call in costs.

They have increased CPs for them.
They won't do anything with the cost, because they don't overperform for the cost, if they increased the costs, they would have to buff them as well.

Increasing cost isnt the only way, theres loads. Tie it to building requirement (like Kappa patch), while you can still choose to stall for heavies, it is an indirect price increase if you do so (having to tech), and the simple fact its a requirement would mean you may as well get a medium or two anyway. It would shake things up a bit.
