A strong all around commander. But I don't think you will get to plant to many mines. There are to many things that you need amo for and to few amo. Mg upgrade for bunkers (if any), shrecks, nades, upgrade for obers (you will be obliged to use obers because you don't have any callin infantry), zeroing arty...... Even if you cut some of these you will still not have enough amo.
It's a good 1v1 commander but you will have to take care of enemy balistics, not to mention the incendiary or artilery off-maps. The Pak 43 can be reinforced, it must be build in T2s range, and it can be re-crewed so you should assume that it will constantly be killed then re-crewed.

The zeroing arty is unholy. I really want to try and use it with a stealthed Luchs, enemy wouldnt know why he is having arty rained down on him. Plus Luchs would synergise very well with the fact you have pak43s for AT. You could go double luchs and use pak43s and shreks for AT. You dont want to spam too many Obers now, not only because they are not as strong, but because it will eat a lot of munis which would be nice to keep for arty.
