While we all enjoy competitive matches for the most part, this game is sorely lacking in "Let's get drunk and build 12 nebelwerfers" types of maps. The kind where regular infantry is not needed and pro strats involve every player going 2 howitzers and mg nests everywhere.

Pripyat summer is close but not quite as legendary as the Scheldt or Hochwald.

These shouldn't be in the ranked rotation for obvious reasons but it could add some diversity to games that doesn't exist today. Small, choke-y maps full of pew pew and explosions.

I want my 12 nebelwerfers.

Or perhaps more importantly to unwind with friends or strangers doing absolutely stupid things while the CPU tries to break through my inpenetrable forest of machine guns and atguns.

Maybe it's 'cause the Axis players aren't a bunch of forum crybabies, and they keep their cool and fight the uphill battle, unlike some of their "allied" counterparts.
