If I didn't know any better, I'd say it was because the airborn/sff/commandos aren't balanced around being a backbone infantry squad, but then again, I'm not a high tier player or anything.

Rapid deployment time for vehicles in COH1 for armour doc and in COH3 for US armour doc reduce the vehilce production time to around 30 seconds. What you see here is a 10 Second P4.
