Should Air supermarcy have a smaller bombing zone?

This ability is somewhat underperforming after previous change. Only 2 bombers droping bombs in a large area making the density of bombs is relatively low. In some case it even couldn't destroy a Pak43 or 105 in the centre of the bombing zone. It need lucks to destroy units. And the 2 typhoons deal little damage and suppression but only warn the enemy of the incoming bombing runs.
I think the bombing zone may be decrease to 2/3 or so of the current area. Anyway, it should have a reliable effect, while not wipe OKW FHQ. And typhoons should do more supperssion.

it would make sense. I mean larger radius made sense when there were multiple bombers, but with only 2 it could be more practical to concentrate bombs to make it more effective.

Definitely needs a smaller zone, right now it is pretty lackluster unless the RNG gods favour you.

I thought it just needed some sort of counterplay, then it's former glory would be acceptable:
Have planes fly over ahead (escort planes) and every escort that gets shot down is 1 less bomber. Having AA weakens the strike, not leaves you heavily punished.

There's no counterplay to a lot of airstrikes though. IL2 bombing and frag bombs almost always get through, and stuka literally doesn't even spawn a dang plane.

I do wish the bombing had a smaller zone though. Being able to actually control where they go to some extent would be great, as it really is the main portion of the ability.

Those have a smaller impact thoug (not to say they shouldn't be able to be countered but that's not the focus of this thread) If AS gets smaller it will just be an arty strike with a fancy animation.

Well OP does say "smaller" but what I would like (and what I think OP means) is having the bombs land in a more consistent area instead of being super spread out everywhere and completely arbitrary as to where they land. That would let you actually use it against fortifications with more than a prayer for rngesus.

Make it the same as overwatch doctrine, small area.

Also, make it drop more bombs than overwatch, but less accurately and all in a single pass, with a 30 second timer to bombs drop. So its different flavour.
