how to counter soviet sniper?

play almost 10 1v1 game, most of game soviet player spam sniper, soviet sniper is very hard to kill, you need to plan extremely well to execute the flank to kill the sniper, otherwise all you hope is some lucky indirect fire in early game

Halftrack to continously lay pressure and reinforce your losses.
Scout Car , because well - scout cars, they're really good against snipers in general.
Or vet 1 german sniper, the ability itself will either kill the entire squad completely, or it will partially wound the other sniper, you deal 90 manpower damage - or he'll just sit there, wait patiently and die from the second shot, due to the stun effect.
Mortars are .... well, "alright" - they've gotta be more careful, but a good sniper isn't going to just wander into a zone freely when it's getting bombarded. It's more or less for "zoning" the sniper if anything. Not neccasarily kill it

The German sniper tends to camo much better than the Soviet so it's easier to rack up the kills with the German sniper.

If you see him going Snipers tech to T2 and get some scout cars.
