Custom Resources

Hi am am currently looking for a way to have custom resources in my win condition. (If it can be done through the attribute editor that would be just as good)
I am attempting to stop command point gain and resource generation and add my own starting amounts.
I have tried editing the army tab in the attribute editor to no success.
I know that it can be done though the win conditions after using another mod but after much testing i was unable to figure out how.
Any assistance would be great thanks.

The only way to do this is by scripting your own UI using SCAR.

Thanks for the tip i have installed ScarDoc and i am now looking at how this could be done.

I just got it working!
The tip got me going in the right direction
I was able to edit the starting resources in the attribute editor and freeze the gain with a few lines of code.
Now to stop the command point gain. (Mostly for looks)
edit : Was able to stop passive command point generation
