Why are you comparing vetted Su/M36 vs non-vetted Panther?
Non-vetted TD having between 60 and 70% chance to penetrate is a good value.

1) I also compared non vetted with non vetted
2) Allied TD vet way faster then Panther because:
Lower XP value
More DPs
More range
Earlier arrival
3) The values is provided are for range 60 outside the range of the Panther if you go 50 thing are even worse.
4) The panther that is supposed to counter heavy allied armor has at range 50 220/375=53% chance of penetrating a IS-2 so according to you it has bad value for TD.

You presented the issue as an issue vs UKF I am simply pointing out that the Panther has issue against any faction.

It's not the Panther. It's the Brits. They have unbalanced the game so much, not just with their ridiculous tanks, but ofcourse their mortar pits.

I will say though, the tiger is pretty crap aswell. Literally a punching bag for allied tanks. Sad, when this was a legendary tank of WW2.

Mirror Ost Panther to OKW model (moving accuracy, etc.) get rid of the the final battle phase. T3 and T4 unlock at the same time, making T4 accessible without turning it into a team-game murdering uber tier. Its light and cheap versus a tier of better armored and more expensive specialist vehicles.

This. But IMO you should still have to build t3 before t4.

Shoot faster and don't miss will be a good start.
and possibly same range to match SU76/85 and Firefly and Jackson

lastly - why don't you make the main gun able to snipe one infantry model per shot like vCoH.
Killing one infantry model per shot for such an expensive tank when there is no tanks around isn't anywhere game breaking.


Simple "Balanced" otherwise SU-76/85 can't do good if what they do give them death sentense. They already suffer from how slow it was and "Fixed turret"

in vCoh it does hit more than one model per shot but if they really need to snipe one model per shot i suggest we better stick with 3 MG like it was. I think the issue was surface machenic ,which i can't tell properly need to ask someone who does know thing to get proper answer

And.... you know what yesterday i've played vCOH and my 2 panther own 10-13 Allied tank parade. Do you have a same feeling as me ? , that something is wrong

Same gun like the Comet wouldnt be a good idea. All in all its stupid that the Comet ownes Inf and Tank. Just give the Panther higher firerate and maybe more dmg on his turet mg guner

SU and Jadgepanzer had negative thing while they actually good at what their positive way was and when compare to panther they(panther) can outflank them easily and that what SU player need to pay attention for while they can outrange panther. If you want same range as SU76/85 then why they should outflank those fixed turret tank ? and yet im pretty sure i've played long enough to knew how balanced thing work the question is do you?......sir

if you ever played vCOH before ? you should have knew that tank mechanic in the first game work different from COH2. frontal armor pretty much strong even panther some time can't pen frontal sherman but all tank pretty much slow compare to the second game. You want to know what i've done to get those result ? Well just reverse simple as that and to be honest we lose that game


The meaning of my last sentence was Panther shouldn't have same range as SU-76/85 otherwise it will give those tank destroyer harder to avoid chasing tank. Now im confused how did you even understood that was i need SU-76/85 to be more faster

Can you blame him? We are stuck with the same horrific balance since when? More than half a year? I have lost my Wehrmacht and OKW placing aswell but celebrate my 14 winstreak as Brits. :snfPeter: I don´t have to play Wehrmacht in the last weeks to know why the fuck I quit playing them in the first place. The balance hasn´t changed.

Just improve panther base accuracy and buff a little his ROF..problem solved..Also if his damage is not 160(buff it to 160)

nah definitely worst to make panther in same exactly position as any other tank. Panther always ok as it was but adjust any other unit some how might affect panther which remain untouch since god only know how long. Shocktroop suffer for a same reason aswell

From my opinion is after WBP we need to discuss if Panther need to change to be on par with any other allied tank or allied tank them self need to tune down. But make it same range as fixed turret tank might cause more issue than what we need to face right now

probably half of community has complain about some unit (we knew which one) has been cause a lot of problem since that unit exist. That why i think even we finally have panther in a good position but those unit might still cause a problem as it was
