I would like to submit request to Relic to have the player mentioned in the below Replay post completely banned on the basis of intense abuse (without any provocation - did it straight from the start).
Could you please advise what the best place to contact them about this would be?
I think no one else should be loosing their free time playing against this person.

No because they could be using it to get a win recorded, which I don't think they should (this guy has -15 losing streak in 1v1 combined across all factions).
