Matchmaking system

Hello everyone, i'm new to these forums, so please forgive me if this has been repeated too many times before. I just want to know how does matchmaking system work in this game ? I just ended up teaming up with levels 16,22,58 and me (38) against 3 level 100's. also this appears to happen a lot... is it broken or something or what ? because i keep getting my ass kicked every single game.. I'm still a freaking noob !

Matchmaking in this game is not related to the level listed on your playercard. That just indicates how much/how long you've played the game really. Actual matchmaking in automatch games consists of 10 placement games with both high and low ranking players/teams until the system figures out where to place you.
You can use your steam ID number to look up your actual automatch rank on this website under the "ladders" section. But Relic mentioned they were adding a leaderboard into the game itself? I don't remember if that has been implemented or not yet however.

SteamId is set to private for user id Illenia. Set it to public if you want to link to your playercard via your user id.
