Winrates in 3vs3+ purely depend on which side has the bigger playerbase, because a bigger playerbase means better elo within the team. Also nobody complains about the Winrates in 3vs3+. It's about 1vs1 and 2vs2 — the modes that show balance issues.

everyone is crying that axis need buffs now that they have lower win rates in team games.

funny thing is, months ago when OKW and Ost had winrates of 80% and higher, it was considered normal lol. People who are now complaining that Axis needs buffs because of teamgames, are the same ones defending their absurd winrates months ago

Surprise! Partisans nerf not LEIG. Axis play at home in terms of balance.



Despite the ISG OP (I agree it's overpreforming for cost) OKW's win rate has continued to fall off into nothing both in the automatch and OCF despite 2 hotfix's so far so I think there is actually some serious problems that need to be addressed.

Back on topic, I don't like the way Howies and leIG are working this patch. They just ruined the game. Everything gets pinned down or drop models in matter of seconds. It's like infantry manouvers are banned from teamgames and all is about playing ping-pong with support weapons. Said that, in that scenario, OKW has a great advantadge because they can do the combo flak/leIG (Hardly countered until mid-late game), leIG has more range and got walking stuka which is best counter to support weapons.

axis are 60% in 4v4, USF/Sov are 63%, and UKF is at 70


Looking back, axis were consistently in the high 80% winrate (many times, in the 90% range) as far back as the chart allows (July 1st). Allies were lucky to be around 50%, until UKF were added to the game.

Common sense and personal experience is telling me that A) UKF was a new faction and everyone wanted to play it, coupled with B) US and Soviet were being propped up in 4v4 by the UKF.

Now that the new faction smell is wearing off, and things like the crippling brace nerf, the needed bofors and partisan nerf and vickers bug fix is in place, I think we'll see axis return to 4v4 dominance, and the leiG is going to be a major unit to carry them there

Obviously, if they have a flak HQ then it's not really viable to flank. The idea is to put immense pressure on the OKW player and to get more map control/resources so you can get vehicles out much faster. I should note that I almost always incorporate a sniper into my build when fighting OKW players.

People are definitely over exaggerating the projectile speed of the ISG. If you take a shot with your sniper, then move him there's absolutely no way the ISG can hit your sniper; I've done this in all of my 1v1 and 2v2 matches where I simply wear down the OKW player with my sniper while using an infantry section or two to screen any infantry advances, while my other units cap around the map.

If this thread is still running a week-ish from now I'll post replays of me beating high ranking OKW players as the British just to prove my point, and quell these statements of the ISG being OP.


Please, provide us a replay where your 'continuous movement and flanking' has negated the effects of 2 or more ISGs.

1 jp and kv8 is out. Plus its hard to survive till kv8 without heavy mortars which kv8 commander doesn have.

1: that was a joke, referencing Barton baseraping Symbiosis in the ace game with a KV8.

Only got to see game 3 of that one. How many did Barton build? I'm afraid it will be KV8 swarms everywhere after seeing Barton spam them all day to great effect.

Let's be honest; Shock Rifle is GREAT vs Everyone! Seriously it hits every box, elite infantry, off map strike, and two heavy tank call ins. This commander is always in my load out no matter the game mode or what faction I'm facing.

This is just utter BS. OKW/Ost combo now is ISG near med truck PLUS 1, 2 mortars and it's just f'in ridiculous. USF nor UKF can't hope to get near that until T3 units, and by that time the VPs are down to a 3rd. Axis can ALWAYS play the waiting game as the really OP tanks come out PLUS Stukas for just camping the crap outta 2 VPs.

We get, what, 1 week as allies with a slighty OP UKF and Relic is quick to show their Axis love with nerfing allies and buffing Axis units.

Yeah, seriously, garden this thing. Just lost a game on Angoville where he parked two by his Schwerer Panzer HQ and nuked my infantry all over the map, couldn't touch them as Brits. He used this cover to amass a critical mass A move blob of MG34 Obers and Shrek Volks and then just rolled everything I had until the Firefly and Croc hit the field, not that it mattered, because the map control given by these two stupid ISGs gave him a JP4 and a KT. :foreveralone:
