Nice to see a bunch of coh2.org events on their blog!
Also have to give them credit for WFA and some really good maps. Moment to moment it can seem like nothing is happening but I'd say it's been a pretty good year.

It was - and the board was proud to participate in, and present it.
I watch Awa quite often now in Obs mode.The short answer to your question is (I think) it was an oversight. Sh1t happens.

It is quite shameful and embarrassing for them to miss that. I feel that it was the culminating event (competitively) for 2014. The turnout for the event was also massive.

I hate to spoil the mood in here by going into the thread and criticizing Relic, but it was a massive tournament for COH2 and it is mysteriously absent

Relic released 41 updates for coh2 in 2014 (11 big ones, 30 smaller). This is a lot and I hope we get even more stuff in 2015!

Absolutely true but perhaps she was referring to events where community members (Kreatirr, myself and several others) worked together with Relic?
All the events you summed up Jes were initiatives where the community did it all by themselves. I don't know, it's my guess but it's a damn shame that the events you listed didn't get mentioned.
