Bulletins slots.

Right now we have 3 slots. If I put into them 3 bulletins, for example, 2% thicker armor for Tiger, 4% higher penetration and 10% faster veterancy it's not gonna be noticeable, right?

On the other hand 3x 7% range for molotovs is very noticeable and it makes duplicates really, really useful.

So I was just thinking what could be done to make bulletins more useful...
And what about making 3 slots for:Infantry, Light Vehicles and Heavy/Medium vehicles?

In that way we could use even 9 bulletins.

Right now if you don't have 3 stackable bulletins you can play without them and you won't notice any changes but 21% range for molotovs, 15% thicker armor for Sdkfz 221/222 and 6% thicker armor for Tiger are really

Thicker armor would be countered by 5% penetration for Jackson which would mean 15% if you have three of them.

Such mechanizm would make duplicates desired not undesirable.

This also has to come with stackable for all bulletins.

What do you think?
