Hello,
In this directory; Steam\SteamApps\common\Company of Heroes 2\CoH2\Movies , there are all videos that game has. Their format is .webm and VLC player runs them. However, there is no sound. How to play them with their sounds?

Those videos have no sounds. Not sure about campaign ones.

Sounds are stored in another files and are synced with the movie by the engine.

So you mean there is now way to play them sounded on windows?

Well at first you have to sync the sound with the video by using another programm (e.g. Sony Vegas).
It is though God by command has withdrawn every other throne.
