I can only use one hand to play so I am mouse dependant more or less.What could I do to speed up my gameplay?

I would suggest getting a mouse with multiple buttons to keybind, then check out autohotkey and bind some key commands to them like tactical map, retreat, and reinforce.

If you can only use your mouse, I think this one is an excellent choice: http://www.razerzone.com/store/razer-naga
I use this mouse for coh2, and it works flawlessly. Heres what you do:
1. Set the game to "Grid" keys (This will keep all the hotkeys the same relative to their position on the game UI)
2. Setup Razer Naga side buttons to match the grid keys
3. Use your mouse for all hotkeys, all the time. You can even set one of the extra mouse buttons (Middle mouse) to use the "Attack Here" ping for teammates/AI, and use the other mouse button to bring up the tactical map.

I was using hotkeys the only R T and A a month ago. I changed the hotkeys classic to grid based, and played some matches without clicking on abilities. First match was nightmare but match by match i get used to. Now I m using keyboard actively.
