Should just openly give them to the players who have been loyal to CoH for years... Clearly isn't a skill issue or we wouldn't see a lot of people with Alpha keys with them...

They did set keys aside for dedicated and loyal Relic hard core fans. I was sent one by Bobby after they found out I didn't get one and put my all into play testing at Relic HQ. That and I was decent on the CoH official forum when guys were going autistic. If they had been decent they may have gotten keys instead of playing the "Fuch Relic card I'll never buy if they don't let everyone in." Were those guys for real. Complexity knows what I'm talking about. It was crazy on the day they started the alpha. Even if I hadn't gotten in it wouldn't have been the apocalypse or anything. Then I got a second alpha key in the second wave that I gave to OP - CrazyGuy but it was on the day before the last day when I saw his PM. At least it will grandfather him into the Beta.

By the way that has been confirmed. I have a Expo key too but I'm not giving it up just in case my alpha access doesn't get me into the initial beta. Now I gotta take my notebook full of bugs with dates, times and all my observations and put them into the Alpha forum. More work for CoH but at least it's the noblest of causes.

Yeah, I remember that. It was crazy with all these kids crying and screaming. I got in by coincidence. Just checked the beta page for no specific reason and - wow - there was an alpha registration form. So I signed up, got in and created two threads (here and in the official forums) with the good news.
