ATG should be like USF vehicle crews

So only give ATG/team weapon crews the option to manually decrew or change the recrewing members into a new squad. Hypothetically anyway, because this isn't something that would/could be added to CoH2.

I know how to solve the ATG crew duplication.
When a squad captures an ATG, all its weapons are set to either lugers/1911/watheverpistolyouwant.
This change is permanent. Like a "weapon upgrade" but not really. Its a permanent weapon downgrade.
If the squad had paid weapons upgrades that are droppable, then they simply drop aside the ATG
The rest of the stats remain the same. But the "new" squad is literally useless for combat. And also limited to 3, even though this last detail might be the hardest to code/implement.
