To compensate the loss of the Panzer Commander (which we deemed too oppressive against ATGs because of the artillery), the Command Aura will lose the accuracy penalty, which should hopefully be enough to make using it more worthwile. Along with a vet 2 turret rotation buff for all Tiger variants.

Tiger was OP and why do he need compensation to get it back to normal?
Turret rotation buff will block all flanking attempts
just nerf it and let it alone

Tiger is getting a number of nerf like:
CP increase
Cooldown increase
AEO decrease
Panzer Commander removed from the OKW Tiger
Veterancy 2 scatter bonus removed
The weapon rotation speed is inline with bonuses available to IS-2/KV-2.

All heavy tanks should not get turret rotation speed bonus

If that is your opinion you should raise the same issue for KV-2/IS-2/Pershing/KT/AVRE and not just Tiger.
