They are by far the worst engineer squad in the game, why can't the price be raised to 200 and they get ppshs(with the same stats as German pioneers mp40s)

Thoughts?

I mean they're called Combat engineers but they have almost no potential to actually perform well in combat if you don't build like 6 of them, in which case it's more of a meme.

-Shocktroops actually had a too high damage reduction and dps that doesn't allow any kind of infantry to counter them
-okw can be easily blocked by mg spam in early game, it should be allowed to have the mg at start too
-the mg34 sucks and it's almost the same of a 42, needs an upgrade to the dps
-modifie retreat bonus because up to now when i retreat my troops they can easily be killed by a scout car with troops with flamethrower or t-70, i can't do the same to the allied infantry with a panzer 2 or a sdk 250 with panzergranadiers till i don't get in theyre base
-pioneers need to be removed they're damage demoltiplier because even with the flamethrower equipped they're not effective against enemy infantry unlike the other factions, or flamthrower damage equalised to the ones of the other factions.

The KT doesn't have speed.

They removed the tank commander because the artillery strike combined with the Tiger's speed, durability and AoE made it trivally easy to take out anti-tank guns.

I agree, it feels very arbitrary, but the alternative is a combo the balance team judged to be too strong.

We've had similar arguments when Pershing lost vehicle crew ability.
That turned out to be fine at the end.
It'll be fine for Tiger as well.
OKW one dominated meta so badly, the only situation when you would ever consider different vehicle was if you already had it on field.

It was never supposed to be this answer to all magical wunderwaffe it became.

I think a new round of commander reworks would offer more for the game than new commanders. Its really hard to designnew commanders without new abilities/ new units.
But 2 reworks for every faction would be really nice!

I really believe that there are even more than 2 proposals to make lackluster wehr commanders better.
