The approach of giving hull/coaxial similar DPS as hull/coaxial/pintle is also wrong for a number of reason like: 2 mg are superior in many cases since the focus fire more Pintle have a cost making the vehicles with the upgrade cost more to get similar (if not inferior performance). Not really, Airbourne gives you cheap and great teamweapon accessibility, spammable elite infantry and an anti-vehicle loiter. Recon Support gives you long sight infantry (let's be real nobody uses airbourne paths) with the most broken arty, huge value combat group elite inf + pack howie, call in LV which is good for double officer builds and a fantastic anti support weapons off map. Reckon is used more than Airborne and the overlap is there: Pathfinders/I&R Pathfinders Paratroopers/Paratroopers Support squad Tech flexibility and they both have off maps that although different are still off maps with Reckon being more cost efficient In: COH2 Balance

The weapon drops are good because the idea is to crew them with Pathfinders to get self-spotting team weapons. The commander is not bad I agree, on the other hand it overlaps too much with reckon which is is simply better. In: COH2 Balance

This will aid reading comprehension. For the last time: The claim that the buff UKF received will not effect 3vs3 and 4vs4 is simply false. UKF have received numerous buffs and many of them will have an effect across all mod and some will even effect more 4vs4 than 1vs1. The change in Valentine barrage for instance will 4vs4 more that it will 1vs1. Now will be so kind as to stop personal comments especially in feedback thread? In: COH2 Balance

And you have missed the moving accuracy buffs that will make IS blob allot more effective especially when using abilities like "assault" and "Advanced Cover Combat" I stand by my point, you are over simplifying UKF got numerous buff across all modes. Tommies and by effect bren blobs were nerfed due to lower RA. They currently get eaten by axis elite inf. The only buffs they received were stuff like an officer CQB unit, smoke on global cooldown and Cromwell MGs. All will have little effect outside of 1vs1 and 2vs2. So hardly anything that's going to turn them into a powerhouse against the hordes of panthers and obers in team games. That is an over simplification: Lee Enfield moving accuracy from 0.35 to 0.5---buffed Assault Infantry Section---buffed Tank Hunter Infantry Section---buffed Assault Officer---buffed Cromwell---buffed Wasp---buffed British Medic Squad---buffed Valentine barrage---buffed and it will impact team game allot Glider---buffed British M5 nerfed -Target size from 0.9 to 0.85; target size in cover remains the same at 0.8---minor nerf In: COH2 Balance

The argument is "Ostheer would become too powerful in teamgames". My observation however is that Brits is the faction that becomes incredibly cancerous to deal with in team games. Their units perform superb and become an utter menace to deal with. Indestructible Churchills and Bren blobs are pure cancer. The problem with Brits is that they were slow in 1 v 1. In Teamgames (2 v 2) and up they were fine because their weaknesses were covered up. I predict super Brit cancer in teamgames. That being said I would prefer some Ostheer performance as it was supposed to be (Panther accuracy and Brumm range). Yes the argument that Ostheer are weak only 1vs1 and thus they should only get utility buffs applies also to UKF. So there is little reason for oshteer to be treated differently. On the other hand it more like that the other faction need nerfs and less about buffing UKF/Ostheer In: COH2 Balance

Having that said and with current USF tech system weapon drops taking up to slots seems a waste a commander slot. I guess one could combine the 2 weapon drop into 1 and free a up slot for something different. In: COH2 Balance
