ISU will obviously fare better against KT and such, but might kill a P4 slower then SU-76. And we're talking about 260 fuel unit vs 70 fuel one. So I'm questioning again, there does that "excellent AT" comes from? ISU CAN be used as AT platform, but I don't think there exist a vehicle that got worse AT DPS, maybe only FF, cba to count as I'm hitting the bed now. You number seem to be off. If we assume all shot connect and penetrate ISU-152 will can kill a PzIV with 3 shots (2 reloads) in about 20.5 secs a SU-75 will need 6 shots (5 reloads) in about 26 secs. In: COH2 Balance

I also do not see what the problem is since Ostheer get a similar ability with the "mobile observation post" with 251 that has allot more utility and more sight by default and the flare can provide sight in more range. It is totally a valid argument now you're just not making any sense at all. Reload time is irrelevant? It literally has worse AT power than an SU85, both in dps and chance to penetrate (especially if su85 vets up) The reload time is absolutely a factor ... Taking into account only reload is simply misleading. ISU-152 can kill a medium with 3 shots (2 reloads) while SU-85 need 4 shots (3 reloads). The difference is lower than the ROF indicates. And SU-85 probably has one of the top guns in game. In: COH2 Balance

The ISU-152's AT power isn't excellent. It's poor at best against anything heavier than a P4. That is incorrect the ISU-152 does not have "poor" at capabilities. The penetration values comparable to the Panther and it will do 120 deflection damage even if it does not penetrate. The chance to Penetrate a Panther at range 70 is around 77%. On top of that the kill shot has 400/350/300 penetration. In: COH2 Balance

Optimum range in fight between 2 squads depends on allot of factors and should require user input. The suggestions is to have the option to move SMGs troops to range 10 (in most cases) where they have the highest DPS. What difference does it make if A-move now will always take SMG troops into the magic <10 range for all squad models? SMG squads will get nerfed and so their effectiveness stays the same and you have achieved a grand total of nothing. Difference is that you will not have the frustration of having model stay in behind or moving to close due to formation, cover gravity... This is not balance issue but user friendly issue. In: Lobby
