Grenadiers perform worst then rifles and cost more, PGs cost ridiculous 300 MP and cant even 1v1 rifles\tommies most of the time, before you pump 300MP worth of upgrades and 100 muni LMG. If DAK wasn't abusing bersaliery\guastatori and wehr wasn't going luft 99% of the time, rifles would be fine. Gustatori have 40mp reinforce cost, US sniper obliterates DAK manpower and DAK already has massive MP shortages as all their upgrades are very MP expensive, mainline costs 300 or 320 and does not live up to its cost. Against DAK, Rifles are perfectly fine and perform accordingly to their cost, its when LVs show up when US starts to struggle if no AT is present. In: COH3 Central

You do realize no amount of in-house balancing will survive first week of release for an RTS game? Developers have only so many brains, when you suddenly drop the game on 100k more, you'll see things that were overlooked earlier because of reasons. What does not make any sense tho is how all the spams, emplacements and anti-all infantry come out of the woodworks now despite the fact that apparently there were top player illuminati giving feedback for years. Because in CoH2 there was heavy tank meta, which skillplanes countered and tonk lovers didn't liked it. With how economy is in CoH3 it is not as crippling to lose vehicle or a tank to it given how expensive ability is. Plus, AA is easily accessible to everyone and effective and alternative would be cheaper, spammable planes, because these kind planes, for better or worse, are staple of coh series since 1st one with its hershel nightmare. Even had mulitple sources of AA and it still couldn't save them Dropping smoke and sitting in it could possibly be a way to get around it if you smoke up when flares come and not after planes got target. I doubt players would build them s much if they were not included. Their health scales extremely well with upgrades tho. 2 of them are staple for me. In: COH3 Central
