The Ambulances remain in USF possession. Then even if the Ambulance died the medic would survive. In: COH2 Balance

For instance in case of the IS-2 one could lower the bases Armor/HP of the unit but overhaul its veterancy bonuses to defensive ones providing the extra Armor/HP. It already got lower range, less DPS, loses to a tiger in 1v1, so what would it have over Tiger? Because if its supposed to be nothing, then I can't see why its firepower and range shouldn't match Tiger as well. Tiger used to be the damage monster while IS-2 was unbreakable shield with meh firepower, wouldn't losing that part of identity make it impotent again compared to tiger? The IS-2 lost the identity of "unbreakable shield with meh firepower" with the latest changes to its gun. It no longer has "meh firepower". In: COH2 Balance

And in your example the cost you have failed to explain why trading a 222 for an ambulance is a good trade. According to your theory "More than a good trade" is giving 25 euros to buy a 20 euro bill. I suggest you try it and see how rich you will become. No you have not explained, you simply wrote irrelevant things. Sacrificing a unit that cost about the same MP and triple fuel to kill an ambulance that can easily be replace is simply not "more than a good trade." It is an average trade at best. May playcard is completely irrelevant to what is worth trading or not. In: COH2 Balance

Stock PPsh for conscripts is not the suggestion and Shock do not need any buff. A suggestion is that conscript become a defensive infatry and Penal a cheap offensive one. As for the 7men I would test redesigning completely. Remove the cover bonus and extra entity, keep xp gain and cheaper reinforcement and make a global upgrade costing fuel. That way it would still be available to conscript with doctrinal weapons keeping the doctrinal abilities attractive. In: COH2 Balance
