Instead of providing the normal conscripts/Ostruppen you get the different "new" squad. Lets call them "Relief infatry squad" for now. Relief infatry squad has entities with target size of 1 Number of entities can be from 4-6 The squad has the ability to merge The squad does not have the ability to reinforce In the sort the "Relief infatry squad" can be used to reinforce front line infantry via merge or re-crew support weapons. It does not how ever increase the size of one's army since the squad can not reinforce and will eventually run out of entities. Any questions? In: COH2 Balance

Also you would still have the risk. Just slightly less of it OST fuel drop can be close to 0 risk on some maps ( Stadtschutt for instance ) Actually Soviet full drop is 0 risk on some maps also since the flight path can make the plane come form outside the map. When comparing the two abilities one has also to keep in mind that one is similar to cashes converting MP to resources while the other convert MU to fuel making it unique. In: COH2 Balance

Plus you have enough rng in penetration and hit chance to make each engagement different without being ludicrously frustrating to the players actually playing. Imo that is not true. There are many vehicles with chances close 100% to damage (hit and penetrate) even at max range (usually 60) once vetted. In: COH2 Gameplay
Thread: Why the hypocrisy over abandon RNG?12 Sep 2020, 09:35 AM What I find interesting is how everyone is talking about abounded vehicles being captured by the enemy while in some cases abounded vehicles can be captured by the original owner. Imo since participants did not the mechanism it is fine that it has been removed but imo the mechanism is fine and it should not be removed from the game. The game in it core has RNG elements and that is positive thing about it. In: COH2 Gameplay

Double bren Commandos with 3 sten are already too very strong adding 4 enfields and extra member is recipe for problems. A 4 men commando long range squad make allot more sense if there is a need for one. In: COH2 Gameplay
