Nah it must be on a per-model basis. I have seen so many times where a full health model got critted (e. g. by a gren squad on max range) instantly even tho its squad had the green cover icon or a squad got instantly supressed by a HMG, even tho they were standing on the correct side of the cover and the "heavy cover" icon (green) was showing; cuz the HMG shot at a model that was outside of the cover. I am pretty sure the icon just means "amount of models behind that particular cover type >= 50% of the total squad size" In: COH2 Gameplay |

As stated before, as soviets vs OKW you can just rush a flamer M3 scout car and use it with 2-3 penals simultaneously. It will push the OKW player off the entire field early game and forces him to get a raketenwerfer most of the times. He cant have fausts at that point so you can use the M3 without any respect. Just drive directly into the Sturms and Volks to push them out of cover and force them to retreat, especially if penals are nearby as well. If you keep the penals alive and get T70 or T34 on top of that, the blobs shouldn't be a problem cuz penal veterancy is actually really strong. |

I agree, if DevM plays the way he did in the 1st qualifier, he has the highest chance to win IMO cuz he seemed literally unbeatable back then. I am just a bit "worried" that coh2 practice came too short recently and that rust kicks in. Cuz unlike now, DevM was extremely active in automatch in the weeks before the 1st qualifier, no top 1v1 streamer was save from the snipes (and the snipers!) However, you never know how much secret (custom match or smurf) practice is going on If I had to vote with my heart I'd choose VonIvan this time Tho there isn't any competitor who doesn't deserve the win IMO In: GCS Discussion |

I think the Valentine should get a small base sight range increase. Atm even with recon mode + vet 1, the sight is pretty underwhelming. Tho with sight range increase I dont mean the broken af level of vet 3 T70 recon mode ![]() Update Oh and there is a little bug as well: this little white radar thingy which belongs to Valentine recon mode, remains even if you move the Valentine away (but it disappears if you disable recon mode). ![]() Not the end of the world, not a high priority bug. But I guess it's the best to remove the radar animation if possible ![]() Oh and the forward observation post still displays this white symbol on the mini-map (can be seen right on the middle territory point where a VP is located usually) for some reason ![]() In: Lobby |

While we are on the topic of the Forward Assembly, it also wouldn't hurt to fix the attack order 'hitbox'. It's pretty hard to give units an order to attack it when the structure is built vertically (to the default camera) because the tent canvas somehow can't be targeted and neither can the weapon racks. There's only an incredibly small amount of the model that is actually attack order clickable, which can waste precious time when you're in the middle of an engagement. +1 In: COH2 Gameplay |
