Maybe give Grenadiers a vet1 shock-grenade (like Assault-Pios) to improve theim. (+ change the commander-ability) I'd suggest moving the Pak40 to the HQ so AT is always available, as Panzergrenadiers with Panzershrecks are no longer available when skipping T2. MG42 will need its build time decreased to let it out onto the field faster since Ostheer's map coverage is already quite slow. In: COH2 Balance

Just think Minsk, Rails, Kharkov etc. I don't want to play against Maxim spam and there is a reason this obnoxious strat was nerfed hard in the past. It's not a very smart move to just forget about this and buff the Maxim back to its old levels. In all seriousness, I don't think there's a way of "fixing" the Maxim. The Maxim will always be spammed in 2v2+ games (especially amongst lower levels), which I find interesting considering that more than 2 MG42s/Vickers are never seen. Maybe it's just to compensate for Conscripts' weak performance early game, but Grens suck too, yet Ostheer players never seem to go all out and make 3+ MG42s. In: COH2 Balance

The way I see it SVT Cons are supposed to be good and come out fast. After all, SVT Cons are better than StG Volks. It doesn't strike me as an upgrade designed for late game scaling, unlike 7-man. I'm not. I'm asking for Volks to stand up to single BARs. One BAR still does more DPS than both StGs combined at most ranges. Combine that with better RA(?) for Riflemen models and the balance of engagements is in favor of the Rifles. Sure, weapon racks do take a while to come out but the powerspike associated with them is insane. Double BARS just makes Volks obsolete except for their Panzerfaust. I actually don't have much gripe with Brens because StGs outdps them at close range, which is good design. In: COH2 Balance
