How to save Coh3?

1) Fire the morons who let the game release in the current state.
2) Fire the morons who let it sit stagnant for 3 months and add a store.
3) Put out a real survey with real questions.
4) Stop having 75 meetings and actually do some work.

3) Gabby made a joke on Discord asking what we want A or B. This is what the survey needs to be. Not some bean counting "Would you tell youre friends to buy Coh3?" trash. Actual survey of real issues.

Put these things in order of importance 1-10

• ___ Replay System.
  
• ___ Leaderboards.
  
• ___ Player Names.
  
• ___ Fix the post game stats.
  
• ___ Upgrade the audio files.
  
• ___ Create a 3rd volume control for announcements.
  
• ___ Reduce TTK for units.
  
• ___ Improve vehicle pathing.
  
• ___ Add maps and/or fix issue blocking community maps from being added.
  
• ___ Stop sucking.
  

4) We will never know why it takes Relic so long to do anything. Do they have to call a meeting for all department heads every time someone needs to go to the bathroom? It sure as hell seems like they do. Hopefully some leadership was cut and they can get thru the red tape and get some work done now.

The puzzle is, what are there 4 community managers. Wouldn't surprised if John is the only one doing work, while 3 others are "monitoring feedback" aka slacking all day long.

John and Gabby are on the Coh3 Discord all day long. My guess is the other 2 people are for AoE4?

Just look at WC3, absolutely the same. And one guy there (wc3champions) managed to make his own ladder with matchmaking and ranks system, add and balance maps, add custom modes into matchmaking, etc. While whole Blizzard delivered nothing but downgrades. Fucking shitshow.

This is the real problem at Relic. I have said for so many years now, someone at Relic management sucks beyond belief. But they are nice, so everyone follows them off the cliff like lemmings.

Everything Relic does takes 20 times longer than it should. It has been this way at every dealing I have ever had with them. And their decision making is always flawed.

When asked recently, Gabby even stated something along the lines of "its not that easy to implement these things". So simple stuff like 2D icons on the screen have to go thru several departments and meetings. Where most players know for a fact, it should take one person a day to make 40 of them. This brings development to a crawl.

From everything I have ever read, the work atmosphere at Relic is very good. The longer a project takes, the longer you are employed. Everyone is nice and your having fun. So workers just go with the flow and enjoy making a cool game. Then management says "We are releasing it now".

To quote Enders Game: "You're never ready, you go when your ready enough".

Management at Relic needs to go. This has been brutally obvious to me for several years now. If they have not been able to see it, they need to be let go. They are not fit to manage.

As fans we need to take the "Game is in prerelease stage" until its actually ready and support the Relicans.

Sadly the rest of the new players are already gone and no amount of copium will bring them back. Which means no new money. Which means layoffs.

MP balance wise, wasn't there a community balance team member hired over there? He's probably going to be out of a job if Coh3 flops so hopefully it stays on.

When Coh3 was coming I had hope that it would be good and we would get a bigger player base etc. But it was trash.

Then I had some hope they may fix stuff quick enough to save SOME of the new player base. And they gave us a store instead.

Then I deleted all Coh related stuff off my PC. But still had a glimmer of hope that maybe in 5-9 months it would be better so you guys could get the game you deserve. And instead they are giving us a single comp stomp map and maybe some player names.



Then I said "Ok, I knew their management sucked but I didnt think were drooling mongtards that floss with ass hair". This game has zero chance of success with this management. Zero. None. Coh3 is dead.


Now I just pray they dont screw it up so bad that all of the coh community guys lose their jobs.
