Is it considered 14 or 13 or kept as is. And I saw the dps calculation thing to but my ones are still not even close. Since it represent shots fired I in game would have to guess that the game is rounding to closest number 14 in this case. You have to keep in mind that there is difference between game mechanics and the "theoretical" value of Damage per second. In: COH2 Gameplay

Linearly?? or according to some other equation. As Far as I know Most values have a min close mid far max value and changes linearly between them. Stormjäger Yes slight commander buffs like +2 fuel from thorough salvage and a slight change to ostwind timing on Scavenge will make OKW super commander dependent. Let me try to explain to you this since you seem have trouble understanding. If one commander is used mostly that means the commander is OP and it should be nered. And no there is no reason to turn OKW commander to OStheer clones. There is no reason for: Artillery Field Officer, satchel for Spios, smoke nade for STG Volks, Mark target for Obers, 222 as you suggest in OP. In: COH2 Balance

Is it cus of tunnel vision on your part. OKW might need some nerf (basically VG's St44 probably) but one can not really tell since their dependence on the Tiger that have replaced the Command Panther and might actually be carrying the faction. Once that is nerfed along with the other super heavies things will become easier to tell. In: Lobby

These number are with default weapons at range 35 and keep in mind that Penal have some of the best default weapons. The ratio should be the similar across ranges but by using max range because vet bonus might lead to accuracy over 100% in close range vs target 1 that would alter the results. Weapons upgrades cost munition and are separate issue. Penal have some of the best accuracy bonuses in the game resulting to some of the best DPS vet bonuses. Combined with great default weapon they have good DPS. As pointed out already by Geblobt the Penal's performance is close to the almost equally expensive panzer fusiliers that cost allot more MU while being significantly weaker at start. And keep in mind that according to MOD team PF have "increased power in the late game". (The rest is smoke and mirrors trying to create an impression that is simply is false.) In: Lobby

I have done so in the past (I think the scripts writes out stuff like how many grenades of different types have been thrown, how often PGs get the Schreck upgrade and other none-sense like that); I have to think about if I get a table for everything relatively easily... Otherwise, anything specific you would be interested in? mostly about doctrinal units but number of abilities used is a decent indicator for commanders imo. In: News

They do have a solid start tho. That is incorrect Penal get on of the highest DPS with veterancy compared to other mainline infatry: Penal vet 3 190% DPS increase Conscripts vet 3 167% DPS increase Grenadier vet 3 149% DPS increase Riflemen vet 3 140% DPS increase VG vet 3 138% DPS increase IS vet 3 124% DPS increase (some number might be out of date but that should not affect the ratio.) Thread: The Great OKW commander balancing20 Dec 2019, 01:58 AM The reason of Soviet overhaul was the commander dependence and now OP seem to be asking for OKW to become commander dependent so imo that is a step in the wrong direction. So actually I would suggest the exact opposite nerf the Tiger commander... If OKW start being UP as Ostheer and UKF seem to be, simply nerf Soviets and USF... In: COH2 Balance

It was actually picked only 3 times, by only two players if I'm reading these stats correctly, so this does not really indicate anything. Other than that these two players happened to not build the unit for whatever unknown reason. You are right about the times used and I corrected the numbers. For me even 3 games it is indication that the unit is not in good place since it is the only early ability the commander has. The unit is simply in the same case with PF cost too much upfront in early game while it "might" payoff in late game. It should simply be separated to 221 and 223 and the 2 units should be designed balanced and cost differently. In: Lobby
