Thread: Soviets 2v2 - Feedback Request30 Nov 2018, 12:47 PM I am a noob so.... 1) It helps to say WHO YOU ARE in the match 2) I only watched until the t70s came out, but it did not look like you did much wrong at all play-wise. 3) Going penals and a sniper is probably meta for this map and may have served you better? The maxim has a narrow cone and the map is wide open, so the maxim will get flanked all day long. Since the map is wide open, snipers tend to work very well on it. Seeing the ass grens may change your sniper to a clown car if not too late? In: Replay Reviews

Once you start laying out where MGs can cover the whole right side, you see where the sight blocks need to be. NorthWestFresh: Here was the original discussion about Angoville and why things got changed. Mostly to me the North spawn was OP due to the extra buildings, wall on the south base, cutoffs. The lack of sight blockers let MG42s cover an entire side of the map and made cancer inducing snipers meta. In: Mapping Discussion

EDIT: For posterity and in case someone (wont be me) changes the map down the road: The always connected left side point is so that each cutoff cuts the same amount of resources. Looking just up to the fuel or center-line of the map you would have: NORTH CUTOFF: 1-TP, 1-Fuel, 1-Muni SOUTH CUTOFF: 1-TP, 1-Fuel, 1-Muni Looking past the center is troublesome because you can connect around the cutoff. Thread: GTX 1050 Ti 4 GB - CoH2 lagging on low28 Nov 2018, 19:14 PM I agree with turning off AA. It is the only thing that slows my 1060 down. I will go from 60fps to 30fps just from smoke, fire, explosion textures being anti-aliased. I have the slower 3GB 1060 which should be close to your 4GB 1050ti. I am on PC however. Even with my i7 and 1060, fps will drop as the game drags on. Start at 60fps and may end around 22fps in a crazy 4v4. Heavy lags for me usually come from internet traffic so you could try a hardline connection if the video stuff doesnt help. In: Hardware and Tech
