Why the camo isn't a timer ability doesn't and cost munition like any other Atgun Vet1 abilities? Retreat could go, camo stay munition free and we have a well balanced unit. That is simply incorrect. 6 ponder ability is free and so is M-42. In addition M-42 camo is not a timed ability, does not cost munition and it actually provides bonuses from vet 0. Then test more in game, I am pretty sure the problem will become visible... They're limited to one, it's not like you can start making your army out of airlanding officers. Creating a hero unit to cover the QCQ department is bad solution. If they they need help in that department Ro.E. should become better. There is no reason for unit designed to an "elite" infatry to become stock and arrive so early. In: Lobby

Obers in the open (which is the only thing that Tightrope tested) can lose even to Cavalry Riflemen charging in. That doesn't say much. The test was charging thru open ground again some of the highest DPS units...In addition they did not even use the light gammon bomb. The patch takes a CP 3 units and moves to CP 0.5 while reducing the cost of getting about 200 manpower, while greatly buffing its vet bonuses. PLS no more units with brute force add utility instead. That's a trade off. But with slight rebalances I think USF could see less 50 cal play. If we compare to the Vickers though, I'd say there is still a decent advantage for MG42 although it does less damage. And the Maxim is still far away from any of the other MGs in the game. My only point was that OStheer used to have superior support weapons. The gap has closed allot. In: Lobby
