Who cares? Most of the ideas were reasonable, and most people seem to just want SOME kind of change. Just make it less hands free as current version

the half truck has weapon, vet, can be upgraded in other way, can reinforce and moved troops
with the upgrade it has mini map hack , FLAREs and invisibility
Yeah and it's not free. It's also on one doctrine not available every single game

they are built in weapon upgrades, OKW has the most expensive tech cost of all faction, especially thanks to the minus 15 fuel they get from the start
It's "especially thanks" to the extra Commander slot at the end of their teching that no one else has. But again, we find you complaining about poor axis in a thread about tommies |

u know the new commander for osteher does it for free ?, hell the lfh + jli commander does it with base trucks
Does it for free? You have buy their half-track and then upgrade it, the 251 by itself is more expensive than the IRHT

"It was designed that way" is not a good reason for something not to change. The soviet tech structure doesn't even remotely resemble the way it came at launch, there's no reason cons can't get more buffs. No one wants them to be Rifleman, just better than current
OKWs mainline isn't even close to it's original design. Volks were even weaker than cons in AI and they were cheaper. The AT horde was their only good use

i simply said, buff cons nerf penal, if u don't soviet are gonna be broken as they can complemnet each other
If conscripts become worth anything you would see fewer penals. The biggest reason to buff cons is so t2 is actually useable. Current cons can't carry the load of t2, so everyone goes t1 |

can people stop playing the victim card when it's about allied units ?
We're only talking about conscripts with a "victim card". They are an infantry squad that has been left in the dust for years and even the recent buff was not enough
You are the only one making this into a larger axis v. Allies discussion. Armadillo even compared them to Rifleman in his example, and somehow you're making this about anti-axis bias |

I believe it was Derbyhat who suggested that it should just be changed to passive minimap revealing (like partisan spy network or overwatch passive) in the same radius and have the on-field maphacks removed. Seems fair to me for 200mp 5fu; it would still give excellent intel and the thing costs less than an ambulance.

why should i pay for an unit that cost fuel that does nothing other than use a timed ability that cost munition with crappy recon, major exist and gives a ton more

OKW gets its own free tier 4 bonus last time I checked. And you have to pay for all of the major's abilities each time you use them.... |
