Wrong. Cost efficiency can be proved and shown using a mixture of stats and variables. It's a relative aspect of a unit, related to efficiency. If it can't be showed using logic and stats then it's all made up and hysterical.

but thats the thing.... nothing saays it HAS to be on the move all the time anymore. its as durable as say an su85, but has the turret and mobility TO be mobile
The su85 has self-spotting and costs less. The cost difference should be even more imo, but I don't see much you can do directly to Jackson's performance
The US don't have a single tank with more than 800 health, except the vet 2 bulldozer sherman. Probably has something to do with why they have an incredibly mobile tank killer in the game, because they have nothing to soak for it

they have same long range dps as volks but comes with much better mid and close range dps, better vet and better stating target size all for 30 more mp, i think they are effective as they are

all people are asking is the removal of the moving accuracy bonus or a nerf to speed or a nerf to range by 5
none of this would kill the unit alone, they would just give it a weakness (not accurate on the move, other tank and inf can catch up or at gun out ranges it )
Both are bad ways to nerf it. Elchino already told you why the range idea is bad. Moving accuracy nerf makes no sense for a unit that's supposed to on-the-move constantly

Actually only 1 person said it glass cannon. I've seen more people point out that they're just not good on some of the maps that happened to have gotten picked because they were longer range maps. That has been mentioned much more than "glass cannon infantry"

Futhemore SU85s, Jp4s, Elephants and Jts are also all TDs, why do they have weaknesses when the Jackson does not?
The Jackson doesn't have any weaknesses unlike the Elefant and JT? What are you talking about? Ever heard of health and armor? Those units are slow, but have insane durability. The Jackson is fast, and can be penetrated by anything besides bullets...
The Jackson needs a price increase to be sure but too many people here seem like they want to nerf it to the ground. Do that and USF is toast |
Add pop cap to Axis/USF bunkers first then we can look at potential buffs and changes.

As for the armor, I'm aware it helps vs. a ton of other things, but this is purely in an M36 vs. Panther scenario.

The Jackson should be effective against panthers, that's literally its primary target. It doesnt cost as much as the panther because you have to run the other direction if infantry show up
Now I think the Jackson is worth more than 140 fuel, but its performance against panthers is just a unit working as intended in my opinion |
