In 4v4, fuel is not a make or break map feature any more. You feel less railroaded into rushing for the fuel and instead focus on the entirety of the map.

Inversely, in 1v1, the resource points impart much more of their respective resource.

In 4v4, the highest amnunition and fuel point you can capture is +10, with most being +5. In 1v1, however, I have so far seen a maximum of +16, and it seems +10 is the lower number. Though I only played Road to Tunis.

They actually addressed the massive resource inflation complaints of larger gamemodes by equalizing the resources across gamemodes. (Smaller gamemode = more resources per point. Larger = less).

Very nice thing I haven't seen anyone mention yet.

#1.) Halftrack auto-reinforce.
Either make it so that the halftrack can't reinforce units when in combat or make it so that the halftrack can't auto reinforce. Preference goes toward the former.
#2.) DAK Anti Tank Loiter
Really good and TBH one of DAK's three tools for doing real damage against the Black prince and allied tank blobs. For 225 muni, I think it's probably performing for its cost, however for a loiter the planes come out almost instantly after the red flares. It's a bit much.
#3.) Towing heavy emplacements.
I like the idea of having a mobile defense, however it's just too good. Flak keeps the tanks away and if infantry gets too close halftracks can pick up the flak and run with it.

Also, the halftrack that comes with the flak gets the "recrew abandoned teamweapon" ability, which means if you sonehow kill the flak's crew with infantry, DAK can recrew easy and tow it and you just did nothing.

Either make the flak + HT a battlegroup with serious cooldown like the others or make it so you only get the flak and have to buy the HT seperately

how much automations and standardizations does relic want to add more? every factions loses their identity, every games just flows and ends.

wtf am I reading lmao. auto reinforce is in the game therefore every faction has no identity. Waht.

Anyways, you conveniently didn't address me pointing out that all those things you mentioned are actually already in the game anyways so I'll just write this off as another whine post about coh3's artstyle but using "muh micro removal" as a smokescreen.

Overall, there is hope and bright future if and only if they pull their heads out of their asses and fix the mess that so many things are and do it fast. Preferably even do another launch postponing and simply do more betas and demoes.

I like how theoretically if you go infantry support company as US you could only build infantry and just outmaneuver the enemy with sheer numbers. I played axis and just the sheer amount and quality of US troops shredded my non elite infantry and made my tanks vulnerable. Don't sleep on the infantry company...

Also, playing air support company + airborne commander... absolutely my favorite combo in the game. It's basicaly CoH2 wehr CAS doctrine but way better.

If you set it up right you can get
1. Smoke drop OR Recon loiter
2. 160 manpower for 80 muni + healing crates supply drop (dont have to tech medical at base)
3. FREE Recon overflight that gives sight when upgraded
4. P47 strafing run
5. 60 muni stuka (p47) dive bomb
6. P47 AT Rocket Strafe OR Carpet bombing run

American air support is amazing.

they also removed medic stations, now is just another click to unlock. you cannot place a shared medic station in your base now. it is a small thing but a choice nonetheless

mfw you can upgrade bunkers to medic stations as wehrmacht in coh3
mfw every faction gets an abulance

why even have different base structures and placements then? just have every selections in one structure with same unlockable mechanics? isnt it the same thing, waiting to unlock with accumulated resources, so why need players to move around selecting units from structures

mfw brits and USF already do this

how about auto vehicle repairs when you move into any engineers repair range. so you dont have to click to repair especially now we have tank ridings!

mfw repair stations exist

how about auto mine sweeping? just click to unlock sweepers and your engineers will auto spot and auto clear mines at same time!

I'm seeing such a visceral reaction from people about this game when it is really not that bad. People have issues with the cartoony artstyle but not the cartoony arcade gameplay. Newsflash: the game has always been cartoony, just not the graphics.

I find CoH3 to be fun. If you want to take issue with the game, pick something with more substance than: "WTFBI DONT HAVE TO SPAM R ANYMORE ON MY UNITS AT THE BASE??!! RELIC CATERING TO FILTHY CASUALS AS PER USUAL"
