Ahh. Welp.. I bet its the same situation as the Panther/Tiger where it does the maximum penetration value no matter what because they input the numbers incorrectly. Thread: Balance thoughts?4 Mar 2023, 06:06 AM It seems that Brit AA is trash compared to the US M16 halftrack. I was thinking that relic balanced each faction to have a similarly effective counter to planes. Apparently 2 centaurs struggle to shoot down even 1 plane. I guess that's one thing that the US does better than brits at least. On a more serious note, that's even worse gameplay design than I thought. If there's no US player, then the brits are seemingly shit out of luck for AA. In: COH3 Central

Did the Axis players just not shoot it down fast enough? I know for a fact that falls do get instakilled by AA if in the wrong place at the wrong time, but I've just never seen it happen to paratroopers. In: COH3 Central

This equals GG the moment you need a tank. Skillplanes should not kill instanly. It is bad design. That's why my US build starts with an AA halftrack first. That's not a game issue, it's a build issue. Anyways, I still agree that it's bad design. DAK pays ~~120~~* muni for an AT loiter that gets insta-killed by one single AA track. Make AA worse in teamgames and make the AT loiter less insane. Easy fix. EDIT: *Sorry lmao, it's actually 225 muni to be hardcountered by one single AA halftrack. I was downplaying it apparently. Making the mistake of not having AA when you know DAK AT loiter is insane does NOT equal "no counterplay". In the beginning you only want to build one vickers and 2 sections with a mortar (camp map) or 3 sections and a dingo (large open map). In 4v4, it's okay to have one USF, but the USF player needs to rush sherman 76 and their teammates have to cover for their ass. Apparently, the air support double strafing run will decrew then instakill the flak 36 in one callin, but you have to give up on sherman 76, which makes you useless. In: COH3 Central
