OKW is the new OSTHEER. Struggling with the basics. Main shortcomings: Volks being a worse version of ostruppen. 2. Muni penalty. 3. Mark target and double T3485s. 4. Obers practically taken out of the game.

In its core its an allied circlejerk. But in the end I am not wondering. hours of competitive cups et cetara have been proving that soviets is by far the most versatile faction with the most oomph. I think 1000 is a samplesize quite big enough to show a tendency for at least 2v2 matchups. 3v3 and 4v4 is FUBAR. It was before and will be forever. It is not balancable, not with 4 factions and the amount of doctrines for OH and SU.

Hmm I do not find OKW to be op. The Russians are very potent, early, mid and late game, and I find them to be the most easy factio to play, very forgiving.

On the other hand, OKW is very forgiving as well. I have lost many shreck blobs and rebuild them without much effort. It is just that in 2v2, if you face 2 russians players, who are potent, it is a really hard game from the start. If you face USF and Russian combo, I have found it to be very very irritating early game, but they suck late game. Unless they spam the infantry with the 30 calls.

OKW OP --> no, Soviets OP --> no, USF OP --> no, Ostheer OP (lol) --> no

Soviets more potent --> yes, USF more potent --> lol no, OKW more potent --> lol no, ostheer more potent? nein lol nein

still it comes down to the player. I don't have this game long, but I have already noticed that the people who scream the hardest in chat about OP this and OP that, usually suck.

Good gracious I sure hope Relic doesn't ever read the endless idiotic posts made on this forum by the abundance of noobs that play this poorly designed and easy to play game.

What ever happened to the days when competitive 1v1 and 2v2 players were able to dissect the minute problems in a game and were able to provide well thought-out feedback and balance ideas to the game developers? I guess when you create a game that caters to being casual for the 80% of the players instead of the top 20%, this is what you get.

OKW T3 Mech needs a buff for the early reliance on flak HT, and the inevitable game loss if you lose it.

And now the KT is essentially useless as its cost/effectiveness compared with the IS2 is highly skewed.

OKW has ugliest design ever
just because of FHQ and shwere pz
depends how greedy OKW player is
how successfully set up those 2 buldings
it has few cool units like Jpz4, Puma and Stuka, AA halftrack
thats it
ah and Tonns of man power
nothing special

despite of those OKW units if OKW Player would've had to retreat to the base those unit might be easily be killed
