Stug TWP needing a fresh reload

I think it was brought up, and i just had an unhappy experience. Fighting su85 with both 1xshot hp left, both are reloading, i expect my vet stug to draw faster, i panic clicked twp for a special finish, my stug had to reload all over and it died :(

Not fair why a lousy ability is further hinder by extra reloading. Pls fix this

Why would you TWP an enemy SU85 when he is at 160HP? Only you can fix your own micro errors.

That is impossible to change due to how the game sees abilities. TWP is actually it "switching weapons" and attacking, which means it cannot base off the previous weapon's reload time. That means it has to reload before it can fire, or it may be able to (unrealistically) double-tap by using TWP immediately after a regular shot is fired.

Maxim has the same thing. It reloads whenever we click sustained fire ability.

Let the Stug shoot then immediately after it shot click TWP?

You could read the patch notes for reasoning.

Also, relic can't patch noob out of you.

I don't think that is correct since Pak use a different mechanism.

In addition as far as i know one can add reload bonus so one can make the TWP fire faster.

Actually the ability is rather UP and imo it should be replaced by a stationary camo ambush.

This is the correct answer.

The only sensible change is making it a 160dmg shot as the disable component has been reduced to 5s. It would also be a different way for the Stug to tackle down heavier armored vehicles.

Because Stug TWP is so neutered it should be fine to give the TWP 160 dmg cuz there is 0 chance of double tapping now.
