The units themselves perform well enough, but the counters are a bit out of alignment imho So... jackson should have LESS sight then ANY other unit in game? Even LESS then tanks its supposed to fight? SU-85 focused sight might not be best ability, but the unit is rather quite reliant on it. In: COH2 Balance

Heavy tanks roflstomp all non TD vehicles like they were nothing, no need to do the same for infantry and GT is hands down THE best tank for armor engagements, unless for some reason its your go-to vehicle to chase mobile TDs. IMO it is also important to look at potential wipe risks here. With pzgrens you risk more if you want this 2nd volley to connect and are focus fired. I'd rather make stchels deal DMG and stun/shock for a moment than use engine crit, especially because it can crit engine of full health tank and there ar no crit repair option on axis pios. Well then, I suppose its amazing that game is balanced around units intended performance against other units and not feelings of bad, low micro players. In: COH2 Balance

Needs buff/nerf/is fine? As it stands, it's not exactly very useful except for being target practice or a glorified bunker. It got plenty of buffs recently and is in perfect spot given nerf to all other heavies. If you still fail with it, stop trying to attack masses of tank destroyers with slow tank, because it excels in every other scenario. In: COH2 Balance

To get to top 20 in 4v4 you have to have 3 friends with stable connection. For top 10 you need to play at least 3 evenings in a week. For top 1 you just need have players who are on top 200 level in 2v2. Its not competitive mode, it never was, it'll never will be, yes, pros play it at times, no they don't do it seriously, outside of Hans, who is a bit too competitive for the mode anyway judging by his reactions there. It is quite frustrating. StuGs and JP4. You don't need panther to counter T34 or cromwell and not every single game in every single game mode will end with heavy now that they are much less effective against everything other then heavies. IS2 had 25% more armour and Tiger's RoF superiority helped to make it a draw between the two at best. Tiger killed IS-2 faster then IS-2 could kill Tiger WITH 375 armor on IS-2. At the moment Tiger just roflstomps IS-2. In: COH2 Balance
